NORAH HEAD ROCKPOOL
RESIDENCE
The Norah Head Rock Pool Residence
overlooks the picturesque bay of Cabbage Tree Harbour, one of the best rock pools on the Central Coast. The design of the residence encapsulates the outdoor coastal lifestyle with generous alfresco living areas accessed from the main living, to take full advantage of the views of the bay. The skillion roof lines, raked ceilings and colour scheme reflect the modern coastal design of the home. This home enjoys the added luxuries of a lift, butlers pantry, grand master suite and in an idyllic location in the village of Norah Head.
The Henderson Street Residence was a finalist in the 2016 National Design awards. The project came with unique constraints due to the unusual small pie shape block and locality. The design solution satisfied the clients brief of a "roofline that reached up to the sky", paid homage to the original fibre cement clad holiday cottage that once was, and successfully over come the difficult site constraints. The design solution capitalised on views of the eastern coastline with large timber decks, open plan living, raking ceilings and resulted in a beautifully unique design and a great family home.

SEASIDE
RESIDENCE
The Harmer's Seaside Residence embodies the coastal lifestyle in a contemporary design. The home boasts alfresco areas on both the upper floor level, optimising views of the ocean and eastern coastline, and on the lower floor level with direct access to a level and beautifully landscaped courtyard. An outdoor shower and custom bike storage area were a must for the occupants being the avid cyclists and surfers. The large open plan living, high raking ceilings, striking black Kitchen and a grand Master suite make this the ultimate contemporary beach house.
