Design Presentation/Review meeting

Service Description

A meeting, in person or over Zoom, to present and discuss your initial or revised preliminary design. Usually 60 minutes in length. Requires access to a computer with video and internet capability where it is a zoom meeting. At the meeting the Designer will present or review your preliminary design and discuss the design and details of the building. This service can also be booked for follow up design reviews or where you wish to discuss any changes to your project or design. After making this temporary booking, we will review and manually confirm the booking. 10 minutes prior to your consult you will receive a Zoom meeting link to your email. Zoom has the capability of screen sharing, alternatively having a print out at hand would be beneficial. A hard copy can be arranged to be sent out to you prior to the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

When you make an appointment with Coastline Building Design, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We do not double book clients; we schedule appointments for one client, dedicating our resources to that client for that time slot. If your appointment time becomes inconvenient for you, we are always happy to change it if you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please call us on (02) 43961211 or email us. Since we turn away other clients to hold your appointment, any missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation charge. Due to the difficulty of filling last-minute cancellations, if this request is not fulfilled, it will be necessary to charge a 50% cancellation fee for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations. If you need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours due to an emergency, we will gladly reschedule your appointment and waive the cancellation fee.
