We have done extension and major renovations to our home before but never to the scale as which we undertaken this time round. We had bought a thirty year old home which we wanted to renovate and add rooms on. We were recommended to speak to Jenny Starkey the owner of Coastline Building Design and from the moment we meet Jenny and her team they were very professional at all time with great advice and wonderful designs. Jenny came out to our home to listen to what we want and to guide us in the right direction. She was able to give us a list of the builders on the coast she works closely with. Once we had the final plans she was able to submit them to council for us and she dealt with any matter . I would highly recommend Coastline Building Design for there professionalism at all times.

Jenny Starkey, the principal of Coastline Building Design, comfortably shepherded us through the whole process with skill, expertise and professionalism. Jenny is a great communicator and working from our very sketchy brief she came up with an initial design that was very exciting and reflected our aspirations. She then reworked the design several times until she got it just right. Jenny has an extensive industry network that she used to skillfully manage the entire reports and approvals process and to match us up with an amazing builder. Our build is now well underway and its not a straight forward project. Because of great design work and a wonderful builder the build has run very smoothly but of course a number of issues have arisen. While in a contractual sense Jenny is no longer involved she continues closely work with us and the builder to resolve every issue. No problems just solutions. We have found Jenny to be accommodating and easy to work with and we were just so lucky to have found Coastline Building Design.
