Coastline Building Design was a finalist in the National Design awards for its entry of the Henderson Street Callaghan Residence
(Entered as the "Jenny Dixon Beach House").

The project came with unique design constraints due to the unusually small and unique pie shape block. The design incorporates the coastal lifestyle and views of the ocean and eastern coastline are enjoyed with large timber decks, open plan living and raking ceilings. The unique design satisfied the clients brief of a "roofline that reached up
to the sky", the design paid homage to the original fibro holiday cottage that once was with nautical window and over come the difficult site constraints which resulted in a very unique design.
