Service Description

This consultation is usually held at the site of which the development will take place. The consultation is typically a duration of 1-2hrs and includes travel of one of our designers to your site, at a day and time that is convenient to you. This is highly recommended for all Renovation, Alterations & Additions projects. We see the site and existing buildings, establish your overall design and budget requirements, as well as provide advice or solutions for planning, design and construction. Following the meeting we prepare a detailed fee proposal for you. The Consultation Fee is fully redeemable when you engage our services. Please send us a copy of any relevant information you have available to review prior to your meeting (if available/applicable): 1) Survey or Site Plan of Property; 2) Plans, elevations of existing structures and engineering (obtainable form Council); 3) Any Consultant Reports completed or Information (eg: Bushfire report, Geotechnical report, Engineering etc) 3) Planning Certificate (in contract of sale); 4) Photos of existing structures and/or site and surrounds/views/etc; 5) Wish list, sketch, ideas, photos, inspiration, Ideas Book, Pinterest board, etc.


Cancellation Policy

When you make an appointment with Coastline Building Design, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We do not double book clients; we schedule appointments for one client, dedicating our resources to that client for that time slot. If your appointment time becomes inconvenient for you, we are always happy to change it if you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please call us on (02) 43961211 or email us. Since we turn away other clients to hold your appointment, any missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation charge. Due to the difficulty of filling last-minute cancellations, if this request is not fulfilled, it will be necessary to charge a 50% cancellation fee for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations. If you need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours due to an emergency, we will gladly reschedule your appointment and waive the cancellation fee.
