Service Description

A meeting over Zoom to discuss your development, usually 30 minutes and requires you send available information, prior to consult, to enable worthwhile project discussions. Providing sufficient information enables us to understand the project outline and supply you with a more accurate quote. Suitable for New Homes, Dual Occupancy, Multi Dwelling and all other non residential projects and minor works where a Site Plan or Survey is available. We can assist you in obtaining a Survey. We talk with you to establish your overall design and budget requirements, as well as provide advice or solutions for planning, design and construction. Following the meeting we prepare a detailed fee proposal for you. The quote prepared following this meeting will be an approximate quote only and can only be finalised once we have all information on the project brief and constraints. Fees may vary where the project brief changes from the original quoted. We can always re-quote at that time. Please have the following information emailed to us prior to your consult and at hand on the day of the meeting (if available/ applicable): 1) Survey or Site Plan of Property; 2) Plans, elevations of existing structures; 3) Planning Certificate (in contract of sale); 4) Photos of existing structures and/or site and surrounds/views/etc; 5) Wish list, sketch, ideas, photos, inspiration, Ideas Book, Pinterest board, etc. 10 minutes prior to your consult you will receive a Zoom meeting link to your email.

Cancellation Policy

When you make an appointment with Coastline Building Design, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We do not double book clients; we schedule appointments for one client, dedicating our resources to that client for that time slot. If your appointment time becomes inconvenient for you, we are always happy to change it if you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please call us on (02) 43961211 or email us. Since we turn away other clients to hold your appointment, any missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation charge. Due to the difficulty of filling last-minute cancellations, if this request is not fulfilled, it will be necessary to charge a 50% cancellation fee for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations. If you need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours due to an emergency, we will gladly reschedule your appointment and waive the cancellation fee.
